Delivery Information

All items featured on this web site have their anticipated lead times stated when viewing the product. Furniture delivery lead times refer to the maximum time anticipated for customers’ furniture to arrive from the manufacturer to the end consumer. In all cases delivery quotes are not guaranteed but should be regarded as a guide to the anticipated waiting time under normal circumstances.

Delivery Procedure 

A residential phone number must be provided for all orders placed, and this number must be for the address on the order, and in the name of the person placing the order. We must also have a number (eg mobile) at which you can be contacted on the day of delivery.

You will be contacted, in advance by our suppliers or home delivery team, who will arrange a delivery date. 

Please make sure all access points are clear of obstacles.

You should also ensure there is someone in your property to receive and sign for delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture they purchase can pass through the doorways, hallways, rooms and staircases to the room of their choice. In the event of restricted access the drivers will leave the goods at the nearest convenient point for the customer.

Measurements should have been checked for access to the property prior to ordering.

It will not be the responsibility of Abella Home Co. or our suppliers to deliver, unpack or assemble furniture in locations that have no reasonable access for the items being delivered.

Delivery of large items larger items, such as beds, wardrobes and tables, in the ranges of fully assembled furniture are often supplied partly dismantled to assist in delivery.
Delivery will be to the doorstep only unless stated.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

We will be unable to leave your furniture and it will be returned to the supplier. Someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. There will be a re-delivery charge payable before re-delivery.

Can you take my furniture away?

We are unable to take your existing furniture away. If you are having difficulties disposing of your old beds and mattress perhaps your local council may be able to assist you.
